AND HERE’S WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

Spent 6 days at Casa Mia, loved every minute of it. The room was spacious and had a great view over the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful, easy to talk to and good fun. Days were spent with a morning swim, followed by breakfast and then two dives. On return there was lunch, a trip in the dhoni to have a drink and watch the sunset on the ship/bar before returning to have dinner. The food was plentiful and very nice. The diving was great, some of the dive sites were very close, was great to see mantas, turtles, sharks and dolphins. I would go back again in a second.

We spent three days at Casa Mia after a week on a liveaboard. The rooms are excellent, spacious, clean and had a great view. Large terrace for drying dive gear and swim suits. The diving was just as good as our liveaboard dive sights and the dive operation was flawless. The snorkelling in front of Casa Mia is just awesome with plenty of small and big reef fish and even saw a large ray. Food at the restaurant was good and the waiters very helpfull and always smilling. When we go back to the Maldives we will go to Casa Mia.

Mamma Mia, what a gem! This is what secluded, exotic resorts used to be like, and what Maldives used to be like… Small, quiet, an attentive staff, and the most gorgeous location. If you’re not in to the big name resorts (…) this may be the perfect place for you. Especially if you are curious to see how real Maldlivians live. The guest house is on a Maldives inhabited (as opposed to resort) island. The community is orderly, townspeople are lovely, and it harkens back to a simpler time. The diving is spectacular, as is the snorkeling right off the beach. Rooms exude understated elegance, belying the guest house label, and the food is great!
